Stephanie Rosas is an Emmy Award-winning bilingual journalist, digital strategist, and AI solutions creator with more than 15 years of experience at Telemundo, Univision, and Voice of America.

When VOA abruptly went silent, she saw firsthand how quickly an information vacuum can be filled by rumors, political narratives, and whatever reaches people first.

She created Pulso to help verified information get there faster.

In 2026, Pulso received seed funding through American University’s Freedom Media Innovation Lab to launch its first pilot.
